This Respiratory and Monitoring Territory Manager (TM) role is responsible for the sales activities, across Respiratory Monitoring Solutions in the the Pulse Oximetry, Capnography, Brain Monitoring, and airways portfolio. This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and will strive to protect, grow and execute sales targets, in line with the RMS strategy and business plan.

**A day in the life.**

+ Promotes and sells Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

+ Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

+ Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.

+ Promotes and establishes education of the companys products and/or services.

+ Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

+ Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

+ Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including RD, Operations and Marketing.

+ Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR).

+ Participates in supporting customer contracts, tenders and RFPs and helps define pricing / product strategies

+ Review progress against territory quota on quarterly basis and institute corrective action where necessary

**Must haves.**

+ Requires a Baccalaureate degree

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.

+ Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is essential

+ Experience in critical care or OR setting through working for a hospital or medical device role

+ Understands the importance of teamwork

+ Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities

+ Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule

+ Must have a valid drivers license with no restrictions

+ Track record of turning ideas into results

+ Maintains accountability

+ Reflects high level of integrity in people and business management practices

+ Sound business acumen

+ Multi-tasking and priority management skills

+ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

+ Computer software knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
