Our Pain Therapies division is looking to recruit a Territory Manager for our Sydney Metro territory. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to promote a range of market leading products within our Neuromodulation portfolio.


**A Day in the life**


+ Achieve sales revenue and market share targets by promoting Medtronic products to key specialists and other key stakeholders.

+ Provide surgical coverage, follow-up support and troubleshooting for relevant Neuromodulation therapy(s).

+ In consultation with the business, ensure customers are technically competent through in-services, training and/ or regular product updates.

+ Initiate and develop key implanters, implant centres, referral networks and educating patient influencers/ support groups.

+ Where possible, work with existing key implant centres to develop and implement strategies to move accounts towards technical self-sufficiency.

+ Partner with Product Managers to achieve therapy expansion goals and maximise new business opportunities.

+ Gather and communicate input from field to management regarding market trends, customer satisfaction, competition, and product issues.


**Must Have Minimum Requirements**


+ A Bachelors degree in Science/ Nursing/ Engineering or related disciplines, is essential

+ A success track record in healthcare sales within the medical device industry having covered the same customer groups/ pain and/ or spine portfolios

+ Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare systems

+ Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated success in business development and ability to develop and implement strategic relationships and communicate concepts with key influencers

+ A customer focused approach with full understanding of customer needs and experience in solution selling

+ Confident and engaging personality with proven ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships
