**A Day in the Life**

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join an exciting high-growth business area within Medtronic, promoting our Coronary and Renal Denervation portfolio with the upcoming launch of new and innovative technologies. We are looking for a talented and energetic sales professional, with a proven track record in relationship building and outstanding sales results. This role will manage a territory covering public and private hospitals across the Sydney metro and will offer excellent growth opportunities. In order to be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process and the natural ability to drive your own success! You will be a valued member of a national team of collaborative, experienced and talented professionals and promote market leading Coronary Renal Denervation products and given access to fantastic professional training and ongoing career development opportunities.

**In this role you will:**

+ Drive business and continue to build relationships with KOLs, including interventional cardiologists, cardiac catheter lab nursing staff allied health professionals

+ Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined products to key specialists and technical staff

+ Practice good territory management with proven time management, administration and expense planning skills

+ Ensure that the Companys agreed quality standards are maintained in regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

+ Respond to customer enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner

+ Comprehensive education to customers on new products

+ Promote a professional company image

+ Maintain a high level of customer service

+ Contribute to the development of a strong and successful team

+ Effectively communicate market intelligence

+ Partner with customers providing technical consultation as required

+ Business plan preparation and territory analysis

+ increase market share

+ Manage expenses

+ Achieve financial targets

**Must Have:**

+ Degree qualifications

+ Proven hospital sales experience promoting Cardiology products, preferably in a Cath Lab setting

+ Demonstrated successful sales performance in a competitive environment

+ Demonstrated account and inventory management skills

+ Demonstrated sales planning ability

+ A successful track record working with multiple stakeholders

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing, an effective presenter and trainer

+ A customer focused approach and an ability to deliver excellent customer service

+ The ability to be work autonomously but also within a team

+ Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, be well organised and be able to set and reset priorities

+ Strong accountability and commitment to drive results

+ A willingness to learn, especially technical information
