We offer devices and therapies to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure, as well as cardiac diagnostic and monitoring solutions. Our Medical Education Delivery Team is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our best in class training team! Use your technical expertise and clinical experience to train, educate and inspire CRHF field new hires to advance patient care and outcomes with Medtronic products and therapies. As a **Technical Field Training Instructor** you will be a certified technical trainer highly qualified to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and performance based instruction to the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF) field employees and external customers. These therapy, product and procedural technical experts on the team are certified to deliver simulated procedure training utilizing processes, tools, and facilities within Medtronic Training Centers and through an online instruction portal. **A Day in the Life:**

You will be responsible for delivering education and training on Medtronic CRHF products, therapies and procedures.

Serve as education and content expert within project or launch teams across business lines when educational programs are being planned, developed and delivered to all target audiences.

Deliver classroom, lab or web-based technical product and procedure instruction.

Perform competency-based skills assessments of students to evaluate technical acumen and assess the results of training.

Participate in CRHF customer training programs teaching technical workshops and support customer visit programs.

Partner and provide subject matter expertise on Medtronic products, therapies, and procedures to the CRHF Medical Education Product Development team.

Participate on curriculum review board with curriculum managers to ensure content remains relevant and that learner feedback is incorporated into future programs.

**Must Have:**

You will need a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical

role in the medical device or healthcare industry (5 years with Advanced Degree)

Medical device experience with cardiac rhythm technology, products and services

Previous experience as an instructor, presenter or facilitator in a healthcare setting

Project planning experience

**Nice to Have:**

Masters Degree in Instructional Design/Development, Education and/or Biological Sciences

International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners Certification- IBHRE AP or EP (formerly known as TESTAMUR


Completed CRHF Technical Training Program

Experience with a mix of technical training responsibilities including experience with synchronous and asynchronous

learning, education technology including learning management systems

Design, development, delivery and evaluation of product and procedure based technical education and training using

blended learning solutions.
