This role requires
you to work collaboratively with several different functional departments both
internally and at customer sites. Being able to understand and align the
needs/requirements of our customers different departments will enable you to
effectively implement these new technologies and add significant value for our


**A day in the life!**

Manages a series of customer implementation projects

Conducts project meetings with customers and is responsible to review
status of projects and timelines manages schedules and prepares status reports.

Defines project scope and
objectives with customers and internal stakeholders. Develops detailed work
plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Identifies customers technology intake processes and provide support in
fulfilling IT, security and privacy requirements.

Interfaces with contract specialists and legal department resources to
facilitate contracting work.

Collaborate with different global geographies (USA, Europe, etc) on
deployment and adoption of best practices and strategies.

Works closely with the field team to identify customers clinical data
workflows and determine the optimal digital solutions to implement.

Identifies and problem solves customer implementation challenges with
the help and support of the field team and internal resources

Serves as a cross-functional liaison between product management,
planning, project teams and field teams

Contributes to the development/mapping and implementation of operational
processes for the deployment and adoption of products and services involving
departmental or cross-functional teams.

Contributes to the development of mechanisms for monitoring project
progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and clients.

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity,
quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Gathers customer and field team feedback on unmet needs and
requirements. Assists in identification of opportunity areas and their expected

support deployment and technology adoption needs.

In collaboration with Education Manager and Clinical Specialists,
develop and conduct internal and external education plans.

Contributes in the development of an internal and external
communication strategy for the projects, sharing success stories and best

_Leads orleverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects fornew product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processesand therapies._

_Oversees andmanages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaisonbetween project management and planning, project team, and line management._

_Manages thedevelopment and implementation process of a companys products and servicesinvolving_ _departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of newor existing products and processes._

_Reviewsstatus of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports._

_Monitors theproject from initiation through delivery._

_Assessesproject issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, andclient-satisfaction goals and objectives._

_Developsmechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problemsolving with project managers, line managers, and clients._

_Gathersrequirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation andrequirements management to ensure they meet demands of projects keystakeholders._

_Communicateswith stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products orprocesses will solve the business problems._

_Responsible for reporting complaints and AdverseDrug Reactions (ADR)_

**Must Haves.**

_Bachelorsdegree_ in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or

_Minimum of 2years of relevant experience_

Ability to
travel 30%

+ Ability to facilitate and/or lead project team meetings effectivelywith customers and internal stakeholders.

+ Show resourcefulness and apply it to problem solvingdeployment/implementation challenges.

+ Ability to understand general technical IT/security concepts andrequests

+ Ability to sift through a great deal of information and extractrelevant information

+ Able to work with different personalities in a collaborative setting

+ Seeks to understand first by listening and probing for needs andconcerns

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability tointerface and influence at all organizational levels.

+ Possess a technical aptitude, is analytical and a self-starter

+ Able to challenge assumptions with solid evidence / reasoning

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills

+ Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, work independently withminimal supervision
