As part of Commercial Excellence, the Business Intelligence Sales Enablement Analyst will provide MDT wide analytics and insights on Business performances. The candidate would be working very closely with the senior leadership and create MIS dashboards for decision support activities, collaborate drive transformation initiatives, sales incentive process automation and additional ad-hoc advanced analytics to drive business decisions.

**A day in the life:**

**Business Intelligence Analytics**

+ Analyze and deliver any commercial reports including insights for business leaders

+ Perform the role as the lead Business Intelligence Advanced Analytics expert and evangelist

+ Collaborate with ComEx management, and specialists, as well as OU / therapy groups / Functions

+ Develop sales dashboards and highlight key trends and insights

+ Work closely with field teams for historical sales data analysis as per need to analyze trends and make recommendations for the way forward

+ Understand complex business challenges, develop hypotheses, integrate internal and external data sources, and analyze them using analytics tools

+ Perform data sets collection from multiple source and data cleansing to support BI initiatives

+ Assist CRM enablement and commercial capabilities through developing measurement scheme and its execution for their SFE initiatives

+ Support IT system or technologies launch and replacement with BI requirements delivery

+ Own all BU reporting, utilization, and administration, and other analytical functions

**Sales Enablement**

+ Work with regional teams to drive best-practices in Sales Excellence drive demonstratable improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales teams

+ Set up meaningful SFE KPI dashboard and ensure management visibility on those

+ Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of incentive plans and business structure. Provide inputs on the possible incentive structure suitable for the Region

+ Calculate sales incentives per the plans and policies to ensure timely and accurate incentive disbursal

+ Drive simplification, transparency and digitalization of the sales incentive

+ Develop KPI dashboards on sales incentives payouts and integrate with Customer Relationship Management System

+ Work with sub-region teams to track performance and provide thought leadership on new initiatives

+ Identify and execute opportunities for improvement

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

**Your Profile** **:**

+ Preferable 8+ years of relevant work experience in BI Analytics area along with hands-on experience on Salesforce or Sales incentives or both

+ Domain experience in sales force and commercial excellence role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a regional capacity is preferred

+ Hands-on experience on big data management

+ Strong business acumen and can recognize problems, opportunities and provide value-added business solutions

+ Strong analytical mind with inclination for problem-solving

+ Strong ability to read and understand data sets

+ Ability to communicate data related issues to Senior management in a simple way

+ Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment- Good interpersonal skills including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence

+ Ability to understand business dynamics across the region and manage multiple task assignments

+ Self-driven, ability to work independently, has collaborative mind-set and build strong working relationships

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Fluent English (Verbal/Written) for business communication / presentation / reporting

**Nice to have:**

+ Advanced degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD), Engineering background is a plus

+ Minimum 8 years of experience in an MNC

+ Handling Business Analyst Profile in a Consultancy firm or Market Research
