Summary of Position:

The Sr.Product Specialist, Global Downstream Marketing, Acute Therapies will be responsible for global commercialization strategy for Acute Therapies portfolio, global product positioning, registration prioritization, management of the maintenance of business activities.This position is reporting to Downstream Marketing organization under VP Renal Access and Acute Therapies. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: creation and execution of the global commercialization plan (product positioning, marketing collateral, clinical/economical value proposition, key regional strategies), alignment of the global business/regional inputs to supply and demand planning, driving execution of commercialization plans per focused country/region, support global conferences and major events.

Principle Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop and lead execution of global commercialization strategy for the Acute Therapies product portfolio including cross functional alignment on regional key commercial priorities

Collaborate and provide global support to regional commercial teams to achieve their business targets per therapy

Lead input into value proposition for Acute Therapies

Lead marketing analytics reports (revenue, volume, ASP trends)

Ensure alignment of regional inputs and demand/supply planning with accountability for product and financial forecasting

Collaborate in product lifecycle management and initiatives with upstream team (product rationalization, pricing, product enhancements)

Work in direct collaboration with key functions (QA/RA/Ops/RD/Marketing Communications) to continuously assess alignment of resources/capabilities to meet business targets

Provide ongoing global support for key regional marketing initiatives and events

Lead commercialization readiness prior to new product launches

Work closely with Global Upstream Marketing to ensure completeness of the global inputs related to current product pipeline


Experience developing and successfully
executing commercialization plans.

Strategic and analytical thinker

Demonstrated success in developing
relationships with colleagues, customers and industry key opinion leaders.

Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving

Ability to manage multiple products /

Skills in business case analysis. Strong
proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal, selling, communication
and presentation skills.

Ability to travel internationally up to 50%,
including some weekends.

Strong analytical and project management
skills to be able to assess situations and recommend appropriate course of

BS / BA or equivalent with 2+ years
relevant marketing or sales experience.
