The Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Spine Biologics is responsible for planning, implementing and measuring impactful strategies within the spine portfolio

We are looking for a dynamic and creative candidate, with a strong strategic drive and a a proven record of leading successful projects from ideation to execution in an European or Regional environment **.**

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Ensure effective product management and product launches in cooperation with countries, Global Marketing and relevant business partners

+ Analyze brand positioning, segmentation and consumer insights

+ Translate brand elements and product management strategy into plans and go-to-market strategies, setting a short and long term vision for the portfolio

+ Design content and plan marketing campaigns including digital marketing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns

+ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies shaping a multi-stakeholder approach

+ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate performance across multiple channels and customer touch points

+ Measure and report performance of all marketing initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

+ Navigate between upstream and downstream to identify trends and opportunities

+ Collaborate with cross functional teams on PLM, Asset management, Clinical and economical strategies

+ Act as a pivot between the internal and external customer effectively assisting sales force and country leaders

+ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

**Must Have:**

+ Marketing or business degree

+ Solid marketing background 3 + years at regional or European level

+ Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix

+ Strong sense of prioritization and focus

+ Analytical and solution driven

+ Adaptability and growth mindset

+ Ability to demonstrate leadership and move influences across the matrix

+ Determination, perseverance and positive mindset

+ Relationship management skills in a multi-cultural environment

+ A strong focus on results and metrics

+ A high degree of business acumen

+ Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others

+ Fluent in English

+ Meet travel requirement of 50%
