The Defibrillation Solutions (DS) business is made up of the foundational businesses of the Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator business (ICD) and the Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillators (CRTD) business. The DS product portfolio is among the largest revenue contributors across Medtronic with an extensive global footprint and exciting growth opportunities.


We are hiring a **Senior Product Manager** who will lead the launch of a new and innovative next generation defibrillation lead. This highly visible launch leader role will drive preparation in global markets prior to launch, execute a successful global launch and drive market adoption for this novel technology. **A Day in the Life:**


Drive global launch plan preparation and execution while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Drive development of positioning and messaging market research to fuel compelling marketing materials/assets.

Develop and deliver, with confidence and influence, executive level presentations to Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) leadership, field leadership, and customers.

Develop and execute a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy and build strong global customer relationships.

Develop robust account planning strategy.

Oversee global supply chain planning including forecasting, inventory management, and mix conversion modeling.

Own the market model as it relates to account planning to feed into the internal training and support plan.

Develop deep partnerships with adjacent technology/product teams.

Develop modeling and recommendation for potential indication expansions related to the next generation defibrillation lead.

Establish a global digital, social, advertising, and convention strategy and ensure a robust promotional plan.

Conduct competitive surveillance in the defibrillation lead space, monitor competitive activity, and develop response.

Develop comprehensive geography specific launch dashboards in collaboration with regional partners to measure launch progress against goals; ensure operating unit, regional leadership, and CRM leadership alignment.

Partner extensively with geography partner marketing, marketing communication, strategic marketing, medical education, and supply chain.

Travel (global and domestic) 25% of time.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


Bachelors Degree

7+ years of experience with marketing, sales, or technical experience (5 years with Advanced Degree)

Global launch strategy and execution experience

Experience working with physicians, staff and field sales organization


**Nice to Have:**


MBA or Advanced Degree

Clinical/technical understanding of cardiac therapies and medical device

Sales/sales support experience

Track record of success leading cross-functional teams

Experienced in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
