We are looking for a creative, motivated, and driven **Sr Product Manager** who would lead a broad range of marketing initiatives to protect and grow our core coronary franchises, which represent a significant portion of the Coronary Business and include premier market leading product segments such as POBA (balloon catheters), guide catheters, drug eluting stents and a wide range of accessory products. The market opportunity is approximately $7B. In this role, you would direct, design and implement comprehensive product marketing plans which will include establishing business plans, competitive strategy development, pricing analysis, sales/revenue forecasts, analysis of distribution/channel opportunities and inventory/product portfolio management.


In addition to a robust portfolio of proven products, we continue to add products through organic and inorganic growth. Our team is part of Medtronics Coronary and Renal Denervation business and the primary customers we serve are Interventional Cardiologists and their staff. Patients treated by Interventional Cardiologists are presenting with increasingly complex disease. We are looking for someone to manage mature product lines, while developing innovative, digital and leading-edge strategies for evolving customers and sales channels. We are a global business, with over two-thirds of our revenue coming from outside the US.

**A Day in the Life:**


**Product Management:**


You will develop marketing plans designed to meet business goals and ensure a successful customer response.


You will develop unique positioning and messaging at the brand level while integrating with the entire Coronary portfolio.


You will identify and champion new and creative approaches to marketing opportunities and challenges including development and execution of innovative multi-channel campaigns.


You will develop marketing strategies aligned with sales channel and market evolution (e.g remote sales, ambulatory care centers).


You will monitor competitive trends and activities and pivot strategies as needed.


You will oversee regional execution of global marketing plans and goals.


You will manage resourcing, timelines and budgets associated with your projects.


You will manage multiple responsibilities while simultaneously maintaining a clear focus on objectives and financial performance expectations.


You will analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources critical for decision making.


**Customer Engagement and Understanding:**


You will engage with customers, physicians and staff, to ensure we are addressing their needs and that their inputs are represented in marketing plans.


You will represent the voice of the customer and use your insights and market analysis to guide and influence decision-making.


You will provide support to customers through national conferences, regional programs, key account visits and regional inquiries.


**Cross-functional Collaboration:**


You will meet with regional marketing partners to align on priorities and strategies and partner to execute marketing initiatives.


You will work closely with regional partners on targeting and segmentation strategies, pricing and forecasting.


You will provide senior management and cross-functional partners with important updates regarding brand performance and global marketing initiatives.


You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive key elements of marketing including: market research, supply forecasting and inventory management, RD activity, evidence generation and marketing communications.


Ability to travel 25-30%


**Must Have:**


You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of marketing, sales, sales support or technical role to be considered (5 years with an Advanced Degree)


Product launch or product or program management experience


**Nice to Have:**


MBA


Portfolio marketing expertise


Experience developing and implementing marketing plans across geographies and customer segments


Demonstrated ability to manage many multifaceted projects, prioritize and accomplish objectives


Medical device industry experience and/or clinical knowledge is ideal
