**A Day in the Life**


As Sr Manufacturing Supervisor you
will provide proactive leadership and hands-on continuous improvement.


You will have overall responsibility
and authority to deliver value to customers, including people and process
management, safety and quality compliance, cost management, continuous
improvement, planning, etc.


You will lead a team of direct and
indirect employees to achieve the expected results in terms of safety, quality,
delivery and cost. This will include
coordinating all activities with cross functional teams.


Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:


EXECUTION


+ Manage workflows on site to deliverexpected results using lean manufacturing techniques.

+ Strive to reach and maintain best inclass backorders/product availability and work diligently to resolve andcommunicate issues a timely manner.

+ Identify resources necessary;personnel, tooling, equipment, facilities, and production.


TRANSFORMATION


+ Create and foster anemployee-oriented culture supporting engagement and diversity.

+ Lead the creation of thecurrent-state and future-state value-stream maps and the implementation planfor getting from present to future.

+ Lead and execute improvements aswell key COS transformations

+ Lead activities to improve processesand systems for safety, quality, cost reduction, and lead-time.

+ Develop, sustain, and grow leanculture.


PEOPLE LEADERSHIP


+ Ensure that department personnel areproperly qualified and trained.

+ Drive strategic initiatives to meetthe organization goals.


**MustHave: Minimum Requirements**


+ BachelorsDegree required

+ Minimumof 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1year of relevant experience.


**Nice to Have**


+ Bachelorsor Masters Degree in Engineering

+ Medicaldevice manufacturing experience

+ Lean Six Sigma Experience/Knowledge

+ Excellent coaching and people skills

+ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

+ High customer focus and understanding of customer needs.

+ Solid Financials Skills

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability tointeract with all levels of employees.
