**Sr. IT Director Global Connectivity Services**

In this IT management role you will provide leadership for the Global IT Connectivity Services team. Your responsibilities include determining strategy, global allignment, organizational vision and continuous improvement. We are looking for a strong people manager who is able to grow and develop the team and organization. The role has a global scope and reports into the VP of Global IT Infrastructure Operations.


A Day in the Life


This role is responsible for the development and management of our Data Network, Wired and Wireless Network, Voice, Video, and internet services ensuring optimal network design focusing on reliability, performance, security and user experience.


**Responsibilities**


Create a culture of Customer Delight, Performance, Operational Excellence, and Value within the organization.


Responsible for the execution of the Connectivity Services function including: network architecture, design, build and operations and user experience.


Develop Connectivity Product Roadmaps aligned to the broader IO and Global IT strategies, based on customer value and created with a data driven mindset


Evaluate current processes and drive execution of simplification, automation, resiliency, and continuous improvement initiatives within the network infrastructure environment.


Participate as part of the Global Infrastructure Operations Leadership Team to ensure integrated strategies across the IO portfolio


Develop and manage budgetary planning and cost optimization strategies aligning to the business requirements and annual operating plan


Work with Vendor Management to optimize contracts and performance levels for all 3rdparty network agreements


Ensure IT Security governance policies are incorporated and enforced across corporate systems


Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and direction to Connectivity Services Team


**Must Have**


Bachelors degree required


Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with 10+ years of managerial experience , or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior IT experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience


**Nice to Haves**


Master degree


People management skills


Extreme focus on customer experience and continuous improvement


Ability to work in a global organization and team


10+ years of management experience in a technical leadership role supporting a geographically distributed network infrastructure


Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to explain ideas from different perspectives to technical and non-technical audiences


High degree of accountability


Strategic and Agile mindset


Experience working with manages service partners


ITIL and/or Agile (e.g. SAFE) certification
