As the MITG Senior Inventory Program Analyst you willprovide operational leadership, project execution, technical expertise, and coaching leadership for the manufacturing and Regional inventory teams.This role provides primary management for the MITG Manufacturing EIO process.

**A Day in the Life**

As the Senior Inventory Program Analyst you will:

+ Contribute to the MITG Inventory team vision and support initiatives to achieve goals

+ Conduct supply chain analysis to identify and recommends opportunities for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capability of the supply chain.

+ Lead the MITG Manufacturing EIO implementation in collaboration with the Medtronic EIO team.

+ Provide leadership and direction for the Manufacturing EIO leads, provide coaching and mentoring to address gaps or deficiencies

+ Develop and execute training plans

+ Enhance EIO analytics, tools and processes to improve participation and acceptance rates

+ Provide oversights for the manufacturing safety stock review process

+ Engage with the Medtronic EIO team to develop a MITG EIO strategy to improve the manufacturing model to deliver business value and drive service optimization

+ Develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes to improve the manufacturing management of inventory.

+ Engage with a regional inventory team on a weekly cadence to ensure alignment and progress on inventory and SOGL initiatives

+ Lead problem solving activities

+ Foster acontinuousimprovementenvironment.

+ Coordinate and executes testing and implementation of key system changes and reporting toolset enhancements

+ Coordinate resolution of broad supply chain planning process gaps or inconsistencies collaboratively with business, regional, and corporate owners

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain or similar

+ Masters degree

+ Certified or Trained Lean Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

+ Formal Problem Solving training (A3, 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.)

+ Basic or Advanced Statistics

+ APO Demand Planner or Supply Network Planner [or equivalent Advanced Planning Software]

+ Medtronic Demand Planner or Supply Planner experience

+ Microsoft Power BI knowledge

+ Data Analytics experience

+ Inventory Management experience

+ Experience with multi-echelon inventory optimization routines or software such as EIO

+ Experience with advanced supply chain what if simulation tools

+ Trained or Certified Project Management Professional

+ APICS CPIM or CSCP certification

+ SAP ERP (R/3 or ECC)
