**A Day in the Life**

We are hiring a **Global Senior Product Manager** to be part of the Interventional Pain business.

You will be an important member of our high-growth, fast-paced, high-visibility Tumor Ablation global downstream marketing team.You will help tocreate and implement marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth within the market. Every day we are helping to provide relief to patients with painful bone tumors.We do this by working closely with customers, our global partners and internally to bring solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Execute global marketing strategies, planning and coordination for the Medtronic Tumor Ablation product line that build Medtronics market penetration in the US and OUS. Develop messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies for the product.

+ Partner with commercial cross-functional partners including clinical, medical education, sales training, compliance, legal, regulatory, reimbursement, sales operations and pricing/contracting teams to drive alignment and execution of commercial strategies to meet business objectives.

+ Collaborates with global marketing partners to develop business plans and drive/ support regional business results through collaboration on launches, regulatory approvals, training and other region-specific needs.

+ Develop effective promotional, educational campaigns, and sales materials.

+ Develop competitive strategies and tactics to grow market share by conducting competitive product analysis and market research.

+ Maintain product, competitive product, and market knowledge for dissemination to the sales group and senior management.

+ Lead launch efforts for new products and line extensions. Create and execute communication plan and promotion strategy. Identify customer segments and create targeting prioritization.

+ Establish and maintain active and collaborative relationships with customers and sales personnel.

+ Prepares forecasts and short-range budgets for product lines.

+ Represent marketing on cross-functional teams for sustaining projects by channeling customer feedback.

+ Support upstream product development by gathering customer insights and feedback on current products.

+ All other duties as assigned.

+ Travel requirement:20-30%

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of marketing, sales, product management or consulting experiene or a Masters degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

**Nice to Have**

+ MBA preferred

+ Medical device background strongly preferred

+ Superior communication and presentation skills

+ Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

+ Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

+ Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally
