As a Sr. Field Inventory Analyst, you will have responsibility for leading a wide range of key field inventory initiatives within the US Neurovascular business.


**RTG**


The Restorative Therapies Group develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.


**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Drive field sales engagement for various projects related to: trunk stock traceability, customer consignment, product demos and sample management, and new product launches

+ Proactively monitor and make recommendations for improving inventory related KPIs (total footprint, turn rates, weeks on hand, expiration trends)

+ Act as a liaison between field sales, supply chain, and customer service. Ensure held orders are released, and revenue is recognized in a timely fashion

+ Administer training to field sales on best practices for a host of inventory management applications (Medtronic Connect, Cycle Count, Tableau etc.)


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors Degree with 4+ years experience in inventory/supply chain management or Advanced Degree with 2+ years experience in inventory/supply chain management


**Nice to Have**


+ APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification

+ MBA / MSSCM

+ Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Excel (VBA, Pivots, Arrays etc.), and PowerPoint

+ Experience with Data Visualization / Reporting Tools: Tableau, SFDC, QlikView, SpotFire, etc.

+ Experience working with large and complex data sets

+ Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)

+ Experience working on major, high profile, cross-functional projects or initiatives
