Supports the day-to-day operations of the vendor organization Workforce Management/Operations via data tracking, project management, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Additionally, performs data analysis and develops related reporting tools, as requested. Engages in frequent cross-departmental communications and collaboration.Works under general supervision.

**A Day in the Life**

+ You will use departmental metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

+ You will conduct data analysis and develop reporting tools facilitating the utilization of data analysis.

+ You will focus on automating reporting tools and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

+ You will review department metrics with leadership team to help ensure consistent performance, high level of productivity, and achievement of revenue goals.

+ You will monitor use of Work Force Management tool to ensure optimal effectiveness

+ You will simultaneously manage multiple project/work assignments.

+ You will coordinate and collaborate with other departments as necessary to continually refine processes as needed to ensure accurate and efficient processes thathelp drive departmental efficiencies and revenue.

+ You will manage projects to streamline process and enhance customer service and continuously identify improvement opportunities within the groups.

+ You will design, produce and maintain various reports and data base systems for department management as requested

**Must Have:**

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience compiling and analyzing data and metrics OR Masters Degree with 2+ years of experience compiling and analyzing data and metrics.

+ Strong Microsoft Word and Excel background. **Nice to Have**

+ Call Center/Contact Center operations experience compiling and analyzing data

+ Prior usage of automated call distribution software such as Rockwell, Symposium, Lucent or Collins as well as workforce management tools (i.e. ASPECT phone system)

+ Knowledge and experience with SAP and Sequel server databases

+ Prior experience with Mini-Tab

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks/assignments

+ Strong a **nalytical, prioritization, organizational, and problem solving skills**

+ Ability to work in a team oriented environment

+ Excellent personal computer skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software

+ Excellent **verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present material appropriate to the level of the audience.**
