+ Develop and execute business plan to launch new products according to the strategy of Spine VP and Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

+ Develop new instrument and implant with PDO.

**Main Responsibilities**

**A Day in the Life**

+ Develop Product pipeline strategy by identifying and crystalizing the core value it can deliver to the key stakeholders (spine surgeons, co-medicals, hospital management department, and patients).

+ Identify customer needs and reflect it to new product development, both instruments and implants.

+ Share new product information with Regulatory Affairs.

+ Optimize and stabilize inventory, cost of scrap, and timing of phase out with Sales Headquarters and Supply Chain Management.

+ Enhance relationship with KOLs.

+ KOLs are identified by Product Management Group and Sales Headquarters

+ Attend development meeting, major conference (domestic and international)

+ Develop various Marketing materials (Surgical Technique, brochures, White papers and presentation).

+ Provide insight to customers via educational seminar and Digital Marketing.

+ Analyze market situation by using internal/external data and create sales report.

*Associate Specialist may start with limited scope of job listed above.

**Must Haves (Minimum Requirements)**


BA and above.

Knowledge in any medical devices higher than Class II. Knowledge in Spine or Orthopedic is preferred.

English ability is highly required.

E-mail / Academic paper research / Telephone conference with US and other regions

Oversea business trip

Job Experience

= 3 years of Marketing or Sales experience in Spine and/or Orthopedic field, or more than 5 years of Marketing or Sales experience in Medical industry.

Skills/Competency Required

Ownership / Leadership.

Ability of data analysis and issue finding and solving.

Presentation skill and negotiation power.

Team player.

Flexibility to apply oneself to a huge variety of circumstances.
