As the Senior Training Education Specialist for US Spine Medical Education, you will be responsible for leading medical education programs for surgeon attendees in the
use of new technologies focused on the utilization of the Navigated spine
procedure portfolio. You will be a critical part of the
Training and Education team working on training materials, faculty development,
program planning and training delivery for Medtronic customers.

**A Day in the Life**

_SurgicalSynergy Medical Education Program Management_

+ Develop Surgical Synergy MedicalEducation Strategy focused on utilization of technology

+ Lead all aspects of MedicalEducation launch for new and existing Surgical Synergy productsprocedures including content creation, KOL identification, KOL alignment, and nationalregional launch programs

+ Oversee Surgical Synergy HCP Facultyidentification, evaluation, onboarding development process

+ Lead all planning logisticcoordination for all virtual in-person medical education programs

+ Lead content creation for allonline educational learning pathways pertaining to Surgical Synergy

+ Partner with team on Premiereducation programming known as Spine Tech Summit

_Surgical Synergy Medical_ _Education Data Management_

+ Partner with key stakeholders tocreate Surgical Synergy Education Program database oversee overall datamanagement programs

_Faculty Development and Planning_

+ Develop manage key Surgical Synergy faculty database

+ Communicate and engage KOLs to become faculty

+ Develop overall strategy for Surgical Synergy faculty alignment includingFaculty Summit

+ Use your strategic experience toplan KOL usage based on needs of business

_CalendarBudget Management_

+ Determine training site locations andprogram dates

+ Secure lab settings based onvariety of factors

+ Manage training budget

_Content Development TrainingMaterials_

+ Partner with KOL Faculty to create educational training materials for newlaunches

+ Manage quality control process for converted and new materials

_Event Management Delivery_

+ Plan and execute educational programs of varying sizes in partnershipwith team coordinators, including but not limited to: curriculum agenda development, KOLselection management, equipment instrument handling, onsiteexecution organization

Travel requirement: 40-50%

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in training,marketing, medical education or similar, or Master's degree with 2 years ofexperience

**Nice to Have**

+ Experience with Navigation Spine highly preferred butnot mandatory

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Strong presentation skills

+ Effective instructional design skills

+ Experience in operating room and surgicalnavigation

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive,enthusiastic attitude

+ Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and buildstrong working relationships
