The **Medtronic SpineGlobal Education** teams goal is to provide training resources
that are **_consistent_** , **_accessible_** , and **_scalable_** for
all regions around the globe. We are seeking a **Senior Training and EducationSpecialist** to serve as a trainer to regional trainers/educators for Spine,
Biologics, and Robotics. The goal for this role is to provide extensive training
on each procedure and to also provide guidance on exactly how to conduct the
training so that regional trainers and product marketers have the knowledge,
skills, and confidence to train their local sales teams and/or partner with
faculty to deliver surgeon training.


This role requires comprehensive procedural / product
knowledge for the broad portfolio with the ability to quickly and thoroughly
learn new therapies as they are introduced.
Some programs will be run remotely, so experience with technology for
remote learning is helpful. Programs that require in-person delivery
and/or a hands-on lab may be delivered in-person in the U.S. or abroad.


Being a senior level role, you should be prepared to lead training
events on your own. In addition, you
should know how to effectively partner with Marketing, MedEd/Sales Training,
and Surgeons for successful delivery of programs **.**

**_**Location preference is Memphis, TN or Louisville, CO. Remote would be considered for well qualified candidates.**_**


**A Day in the Life**


+ Design agendas, leverage content, and organize events to train regionalmedical education, sales training, and product marketers

+ Build and implement plan to monitor effectiveness of programs

+ Define process to evolve training programs based on results andcommunicate updates to the field

+ Leverage organizational skills to manage multiple projects at variousphases

+ Travel requirement: 50%


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in training, sales, marketing, medical education or clinical, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years.


**Nice to Have**


+ Current or previous employment with Medtronic Spine andBiologics or competitive company in marketing, sales training, clinical, oreducation

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Strong presentation skills

+ Effective instructional design skills or ability to quicklyacquire them

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive,enthusiastic attitude

+ Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and buildstrong working relationships
