The incumbent is specifically supporting the sales execution in instrumentation in a number of selected accounts.

You are a part of the overall CEMA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East Africa) Virtual Engagement Solution (VES) team and works closely with the sub-region leaders and Field Sales Marketing Team as well as the KAM, IHS (Integrated Health Solutions) and tender organization (if applicable), with a focus on the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region.

**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you can demonstrate your sales skills at your utmost with the combination of your medical know-how and current client portfolio within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives. You will;

+ Implementation Remote Sales along with the Sales Representatives on site, generate leads, track and increase Essentials sales in M, L and XL accounts. Essentials are mainly products that are not linked to our capital (NIM, shaver, drill, Nav) and mostly need minimal technical support with some being sold as commodities.

+ Partner in selling solution, analyze accounts purchases and promote golden circle: boost the Sales Team to sell more products to our active account based on the procedure they perform, i.e. sell sestinas with capital disposals

+ Identify target accounts, opportunities customer priorities, build solid account plan and identify advance key stakeholders, champions and decision makers, add number of new accounts at target,

+ Identify the growth opportunity and execute the Sales Team on them, growth in ENT (Ear Nose Throat) product revenue on the S account to M and M to L.

+ Grow revenue in the underserved accounts, ensure repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process patterns.

+ Align with main distributors in remote sales strategy and execute and add clause in distributor contract and collaborate with DCM (Third party channel management) team.

+ Do Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors and general market trends.

+ Manage digital leads from marketing campaigns, utilize all available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency ( and completes all required administrative tasks (call reports and other KPI and metrics reports).

+ Deliver on-going product servicing by delivering accurate product information and forecasting and active supply chain management.

+ Conduct regular business reviews with customers and communicate align on a regular basis with field sales force and local Marketing Manager.

+ Assist in improving tender submission quality by preparing high quality supporting documents.

+ Support pricing strategy development, assist in tender submission, maintain accurate tender data base.

**Must Haves**

+ University degree in a business relevant discipline.

+ Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry including 4+ years of Remote Sales or Key Account experience.

+ Experience with customer relationship management software and SAP.

+ Strong remote communication and selling skills accompanied with presentation / communication skills over the phone ability to track and close deals with customers.

+ Skill and knowledge to sell SOAP (sell only available products) and thus can offer alternative products and solutions.

+ Strong commercial successful record, understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities and achievement drive to deal closures.

+ Consultative interaction skills with customers, prospective customers and fellow employees.

+ Understand the procedures and the portfolio value offering to ensure we sell the full range.

+ Strong analytical skills to understand purchase trends to access potential (based on segmentations and procedure types and volumes) and to drive sales of selected products at new and current accounts.

+ Fluent English

+ Willingness to travel (max up to 20%) to selected accounts
