platform in spine surgery incorporating the predictability of planning, the
precision of robotic guidance and the visibility of Stealth Navigation. As the **Senior Medical Education Specialist for Mazor** , you will beresponsible for leading medical education programs for surgeon
attendees in the use of new technologies focused on the utilization of Robotics
in the spine procedure portfolio.You will be a critical
part of the Training and Education team working on training materials, faculty
development, program planning and training delivery for Medtronic
customers.

_This role is open to remote in the continental United States. Must be within close proximity to major airport. Travel between 40-50% of the time._


**A Day in the Life**


_MazorSurgeon Education Program Management_


+ Develop Mazor education materialsfor new existing procedure launches including content creation, KOLidentification, KOL alignment, and national regional launch programs

+ Lead Medical Education programdevelopment for new existing procedure launches focused on drivingutilization

+ Oversee Mazor HCP Faculty identification,evaluation, onboarding development process

+ Lead all planning logisticcoordination for all virtual in-person medical education programs

+ Lead content creation for allonline educational learning pathways pertaining to Surgical Synergy

+ Partner with team on Premiereducation programming known as Spine Tech Summit

+ Partner with key stakeholders tocreate database oversee overall data management programs


_Faculty Development and Planning_


+ Develop maintain key Mazor faculty database

+ Communicate and engage KOLs to become faculty

+ Develop overall strategy for Surgical Synergy faculty alignment includingFaculty Summit

+ Use your strategic experience toplan KOL usage based on needs of business


_CalendarBudget Management_


+ Determine training site locations andprogram dates

+ Secure lab settings based onvariety of factors

+ Manage training budget


_Content Development TrainingMaterials_


+ Partner with KOL Faculty to create educational training materials for newlaunches

+ Manage quality control process for converted and new materials


_Event Management Delivery_


+ Plan and execute educational programs of varying sizes in partnershipwith team coordinators

+ Including but not limited to; curriculum agenda development, KOLselection management, equipment instrument handling, onsiteexecution organization


Additional responsibilities may include
the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for customersand potential field support personnel.

+ Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs;prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology;and coordinates the development of training aids.

+ Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.

+ Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness oftraining.

+ May utilize trainers with technical expertise.

+ Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements andto keep technical information up to date.

+ Travel requirement: 40-50%


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical education, Spine or Navigation marketing, Spine or Navigation field sales/clinical specialist or similar, or Mastersdegree with 2 years

+ **Must have Spine field or Spine Operating Room experience**


**Nice to Have**


+ Experience with surgical Navigation Mazor Robotics

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Strong presentation skills

+ Effective instructional design skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive,enthusiastic attitude

+ Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
