**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
Support new project initiatives developing various Mulesoft APIs
Understand requirements from the Functional specification and convert them into Technical specification
Develop APIs as per the Technical specifications
Propose performance efficient API design for the TO-BE Process
Review incidents and change requests to determine business needs or issues and the level of effort (LOE) for solution
Develop a thorough understanding and alignment of Medtronics and assigned business partners strategies, goals and objectives.
Be open to learning new solution using your base skill to improve the knowledge base of the team.
Define and manage technical project risks, recommends changes to improve operating efficiency
Works closely with internal integrations team, cross functional team and offshore development team
Support day to day project activities for multiple project teams across different time zones
**MUST HAVE** (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelors degree
4+ years of experience with a bachelors degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
**NICE TO HAVE** (Preferred Qualifications)
Strongly Preferred:
o Experience in Integration patterns, API Led design and Micro Service design
o Experience in designing and documenting integration solution
o Experience in Java and Java Script is must
o Experience in MuleSoft CI/CD and deployment topologies
o Experience in implementing MuleSoft/Integration standards and best practices
o Hands-on Experience with Mule 4.x
o Experience with JSON, RAML/Swagger, XML, XSD, WSDL
o Experience with Securing APIs using OAuth 2.0 Standard
o Experience with Salesforce connectors, Object Store, SAP Connectors, Anypoint MQ and Database Connectors
Experience with developing applications in MuleSoft Cloudhub/Runtime Fabric
Experience with RESTful API and SOAP webservices
Experience with performance tuning of MuleSoft API
Experience with API led approach
Good understanding of working with Postman and SOAP UI
Good understand of basic integration patterns
Previous Medtronic experience
Previous healthcare industries experience
Priority consideration will be given to local applicants
Certification in the technologies mentioned above is a plus
Good understanding of Sales Force, SAP, Centricity, Databases is plus
Good communication and Analytical skills
Experience in DevOps and automation tools like Gitlab
