As MTC works to deliver on the next generation of Diabetes Sensor technology, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager with Operations expertise to ensure all aspects of manufacturing readiness are delivered in advance of market need. This leader will be the program manager for all operations integration work required for successful launch of the Diabetes sensors and any future programs developed at the MTC campus. Responsibilities will be on ensuring all aspects of operations readiness, including safety, financial, quality, delivery and scalability are assured prior to market launch. The leader will leverage the existing matrix and planned incremental resources in achieving their goals.They will work hand in hand with new product development to execute current strategies and ensure operational requirements are designed in a way for success. The leader will report directly to the Sr Director of Waferscale Operations and work closely with the Diabetes OU on market needs, financial targets and reporting requirements.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Establish program objectives, schedule, milestones, resourcing, and budget required for successful sensor market launch

+ Monitor performance of cross-functional teams task completion, performance to budget and schedule

+ Create all required workflows and identify gaps and mitigations required to meet target cost, delivery, safety and schedule KPIs

+ Lead resolution of all identified issues, ensure robust solutions and schedule recovery

+ Understand and comply with company policies procedures and external standards guidance

+ Partner with internal and external experts to ensure robust technical solutions on projects

+ Lead project decision-making using personal expertise, stakeholder input, and consultation of subject matter experts

+ Generate novel and unique solutions to both engineering and operational challenges

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

+ BS or MS in an Engineering or Scientific discipline

+ Project Management experience or PMI certification

+ Experience with implantable medical device manufacturing operations

+ Working knowledge of automated manufacturing, especially in semiconductor and/or pharma industries

+ Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 (Quality Management Systems Requirements)

+ Medical device process development (IQ/OQ/PQ) and risk assessment methods (PFMEA) experience

+ Working knowledge of Lean and/or Operatonal Excellence
