As the leader of **Post-Market Quality organization** ,you will lead the Post Market organization with a keen focus on data analysis and trending, risk management, sustaining engineering and failure analysis. You will driveseamless and innovative partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure that best-in-class Quality outcomes are the standard within Diabetes. You will build, and enhance capabilities and create an empowered, resourced, and accountable organization.


Your responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Develops and leads post-market quality strategy , drives cross functional alignment on share goals and objectives.

+ Manges risk associated with commercial products by making data driven decisions to ensure patient safety and compliance

+ Interacts with global regulators on regulatory and compliance strategies as well as address regulator feedback

+ Ensures health of the products through sustaining engineering

+ Partners with manufacturing sites and regions to ensure patient safety and compliance are ensured globally

+ Enhance rigor in failure investigation and trending to make timely and effective decisions

+ Drives a culture of Patient Safety and Quality through strong risk management competencies, first time quality and promoting Quality behaviors and Medtronic Mindset.

+ Establishes organization goals and objectives, champions engagement, inclusion and diversity as well as career development and performance management.

+ Partner closely with the Product Innovation organization and to ensure overall program timelines are met.

+ May direct interaction with regulatory agencies on defined matters.


**LOCATION: A REMOTE LOCATION MAY BE CONSIDERED**


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience , or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience


**Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements**


+ Medical device or highly regulated industry experience

+ Technical, data driven mindset

+ Strategic leadership elements -- ability to Influence, collaborate, lead change, differentiate value creation
