KEY OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager working closely with the Market Development Manager for and the Digital Manager you will develop, lead and execute on key omni-channel programs across Europe to meet the strategic goals of sustained new patient and market penetration growth for Sacral Neuromodulation therapy with the InterStim Systems. Priorities will include to manage social media and lead generation campaigns and launch of Omni-channel programs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF:

The Omni Channel Program manager has extensive experience across the full range of digital marketing and communications strategies, technologies and approaches incl. Web, Marketing Automation, social media, mobile media, SEM, digital promotions, e-commerce, and digital content. You must be strategically minded and possess the ability to use data and customer insights to make sound decisions about end-user experiences, channel optimization, digital content development and distribution, and ongoing optimization. You must have a proven enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation, combined with a sound understanding of consumers, emerging social platforms and targeted marketing.


Lead the implementation of Pelvic Health Omnichannel plan for Europe through collaboration at a country/region level and ensure consistency with the pan-Medtronic Go to Market framework

Define, develop and guide the implementation and optimization of innovative digital marketing and communications projects

Partner with content experts in the business unit to identify opportunities for social media engagement and manage the syndication of content to externally available social media channels. Identify ways to maximize and leverage social/content marketing in advertising, media relations, digital, direct, experiential and other forms of marketing.

Advise and consult on the generation, refinement, and distribution of high impact digital content in an integrated, omni-channel approach across all customer touch points.

Design with the business stakeholders the optimized digital customer journeys across different types of promotional campaigns (e.g. lead generation, e-commerce promotion, awareness, education, etc.)

Work with the analytics team to develop appropriate measurement to continuously optimize active digital programs to achieve key performance indicators.

Work with the digital delivery team to build the outcomes on our digital touchpoints

Support PR activities to promote and disseminate therapy awareness through both classic and digital channels.

Support virtual or classic congress with multi-functional team


KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE

Must Haves

At least 5-10 years of digital marketing and communications experience; ideally at both an agency and client setting

Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, and/or related field of study

Strong experience in digital advertising and demand generation activities. Experience with various digital marketing channels such as emailing, SEA, SEO, social media, programmatic, influence, etc.

Experience in Analytics (preferably Adobe Google Analytics) and campaign performance

Understanding of UX/CX personalization, design and development for website and digital touchpoints

Ability to understanding how to leverage data to create meaningful insights e.g. CRM Salesforce database

Ability to manage creative and technical teams for asset conception and implementation (landing page, email, ads, etc.) and to repurpose content for various digital channels

A thorough understanding of personas, customer journey maps, marketing segmentation, and rules-based communications to better serve the various audiences.

Results driven with proven contributions to business achievement

Strong influencer/networker with emotional intelligence who builds relationships and is naturally collaborative to meet the requirements to be effective in a matrix environment

Fluent in English. Another European language a plus.

Travel ~30%


Nice to Haves

Experience in copy-writing ads for various digital marketing channels

Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua)

Experience in Healthcare/Medtech sector

Experience in Web Content Management Solution (e.g. Adobe)
