**A Day in the Life**


The role partners with Sales and Marketing Managers and OU Super Users to develop and implement a clear pathway to Lightning adoption for each OU. This will include developing an understanding of the business processes, connecting them with Lightning features and functions then training the OU team to ensure adoption. The role then becomes a channel for support, advising Sales and Marketing managers on pathways to high adoption, including development and adoption of dashboards and reports.


**Key responsibilities include:**


+ Work closely with OU Sales and Marketing Managers to understand need and match with Lightning functionality

+ Develop and implement Lightning adoption plan for each OU

+ Identify thought leaders in the OU teams and develop their support for Lightning

+ Provide change management support when implementing new or changed functionalities.

+ Communicate and train on changes to functionality

+ Share best practice Lightning adoption and functionality usage across OUs

+ Develop reports and dashboards which provide meaningful insights into data captured in Lightning to drive adoption and provide value to business decision making

+ Ensure adoption levels reach and maintain minimum thresholds (TBA)

+ Closely work with Salesforce.com analysists to develop solutions to unmet needs

+ Provide continuous feedback to Salesforce.com analysts to ensure continuous improvement on functionality and data

+ Develop a Super User community among the OU Super Users

+ Train Super Users and users on functionality and update on changes

+ Lead data governance and maintenance initiatives in the OUs

+ Assist Commercial Operations Manager develop proposals for changes/improvements to sales enablement systems including business case development and stakeholder management


**Must Have Minimum Requirements:**


+ 2-5 years experience in similar business facing, relationship management roles

+ 2-5 years Salesforce.com administration experience

+ Experience with SAP will be viewed favourably

+ Training experience preferred

+ Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience especially Commercial and IT stakeholders

+ Ability and willingness to handle additional workload during peak periods

+ Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment especially able to work and influence within a large team without direct reporting lines

+ Is a promoter of Salesforce.com as the key sales enablement system

+ Ability to capture and document business requirements from multiple sources

+ Can initiate and develop project plans in collaboration with Commercial and IT stakeholders

+ Self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive
