**A Day in the Life**


This exciting career opportunity puts you at the crossroads of technology and life-saving medical devices. This role will act as the business information owner for our collaboration, knowledge management, recognition and similarly relevant capabilities and be responsible for innovating, defining, implementing and supporting strategic initiatives for Salesforce.com within the Neurovascular operating unit. You will own the core opportunities capability and other sales planning functionality to advance salesforce effectiveness and new product launch excellence. Our ideal candidate is extremely detailed-oriented, has excellent communication skills and can critically evaluate information from multiple perspectives to drive the business to efficient and effective business operations.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Serve as a patient and customer champion as the primary owner of one or more assigned Salesforce.com capabilities within the Neurovascular operating unit

+ Develop the capability vision and then partner with commercial representatives to develop contextual use cases by identifying internal personas and their associated journeys and/or workstreams

+ Identify, organize and prioritize business needs and associated high-level business requirements and then partner with the Americas region to drive enhancements and expanded platform capabilities within established standards

+ Collaborate with Salesforce.com admins in both the Americas region and the operating unit along with various IT stakeholders on solution design, development and testing phases

+ Review both design and development to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and then ensure capabilities align with platform standard for the Americas region

+ Define and deliver comprehensive reporting to permit the business to understand capability effectiveness and demonstrate value to senior leadership

+ Partner with IT, operating unit stakeholders, Americas platform owners to develop overall project plan, communication and timelines

+ Design and develop training materials that parallel defined persona and journeys with technical capability to consistently reinforce business rationale and value proposition

+ Design and develop communication plans that cascade the right information to the right people at the right time to maximize user adoption and continuous change management

+ Proactively establish sufficient rigor with process and deliverables to ensure a sustainable work product that is reusable and promotable across the operating unit and enterprise

+ Collaborate with IT and outside partners to ensure comprehensive plans are in place for data sourcing, data maintenance and data integrity.

+ Own and develop support plans associated with assigned capabilities to ensure full monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of issues

+ Provide regular structured updates to the Salesforce.com product ownership within the operating unit and Americas region

+ Participate in internal Salesforce.com user groups to constantly pursue alignment with region and enterprise subject matter experts

+ Manage stakeholder expectations, demonstrate thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches.


**10% Travel Required. This position can be located in Irvine, CA or in a remote capacity near any major U.S. City with a major airport.**


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Masters in business, finance, technical discipline, public health or similar

+ Knowledge of the neurovascular and/or related interventional vascular business; medical device and/or life sciences sector experience

+ Broad experience across multiple functions with evidence of previous project management experience with minimal oversight/direction

+ Commercial experience in sales, product marketing or a similar commercial role

+ Results-oriented, positive, enthusiastic attitude that can set strategies, tactics and action plans

+ Influencing and partnering with others inside and outside the organization

+ Comfortable leading and facilitating groups during change efforts

+ Experience using Salesforce.com and related customer experience and management software platforms

+ Salesforce.com Certified Administrator

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint

+ Basic understanding of data platforms and analytics
