**JOB DUTIES:**

**Sales Strategy andOperations Consultant for Medtronic Inc. at its facility in San Antonio, TX.Responsible for developing, implementing and executing Sales ForceEffectiveness and Sales Enablement strategies to drive sales force performance.** **Provides reporting and forecasting,predictive analytics, data visualization, market modeling and customersegmentation, business planning and analysis to enable the US IIM SalesForce.** **Identifies, analyzes andrecommends key opportunities initiatives for driving sales forceperformance.** **Leverages experience withsales reporting, forecasting and Sales Force Effectiveness in the medicaldevice industry. Provides predictive analytics, data visualization, marketmodeling, territory segmentation, customer segmentation, customer targeting,business planning and analysis. Utilizes various systems and software tools toinclude SAP, SAS, Map Point, Javelin, Business Objects, SQL / PLSQL serverdatabases, SQL queries, VBA Macros, Array functions, Lookup functions, Pivottables and MS Office suite products. Provides strategic analytics for salesreporting, CRM management, sales forecasting, incentive compensation design andmanagement. Creates and manages order process flow, reporting, pricing andcontracting with customers through a CRM system.** **Provides admin level oversight by setting upand design of CRM system interface across multiple roles and processes. Createsvarious sales dashboards and reports to effectively present data along withleading and lagging KPIs providing actionable insights. Prepares reports thatprovide analysis on overall business performance as well as at an individualcustomer territory, district and regional level.**


**REQUIREMENTS:**


**Bachelorsdegree in Business or Electrical Engineering or closely related field and 5years of post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: Salesand market analytics; Sales reporting, forecasting and Sales ForceEffectiveness in the medical device industry; Predictive analytics, datavisualization, market modeling, territory segmentation, customer segmentation,business planning and analysis; SAS, Map Point, Business Objects, SQL / PLSQLserver databases, SQL queries, VBA Macros, Array functions, Lookup functions,Pivot tables and MS Office suite products; Strategic analytics for salesreporting, CRM management, sales forecasting, incentive compensation design andmanagement; Creating and managing order process flow, reporting, pricing andcontracting with customers through a CRM system; Setup and design of CRM systeminterface across multiple roles and processes; Creating sales dashboards, KPIsand reports to effectively present data that provide actionable insights;Performance analysis at individual customer, territory, district and regionallevel.**
