Joining our Nordic
team as a Sales Representative, you will sell and promote innovative Medtronic
Structural Heart products, like Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation
products (TAVI)andTranscatheter Pulmonic Valves (TPV). You will be
responsible for selling the full range of Structural Heart product portfolio in
the four major Danish hospitals (Rigshospitalet, Odense, Skejby and Aalborg),
for planning and executing clinical and technical support in the cath lab by
educating and supporting the doctors and nurses, as well as for the management
of quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you present Structural Heart
solutions as well as providing thorough and in-depth technical support to
current and potential healthcare customers. You will emphazise ability to learn
and comprehend complex medical and scientific information, conduct many daily
sales call and client deliverables by gaining access to decision makers and
influencing product usage. Being a relationship builder, you achieve sales
revenue and profit targets by building account relationships, managing account
potentials and coordinating sales support activities, as a key priority.

You will be responsible for our Structural Heart
Business in Denmark and continue to meet or exceed financial and non-financial
targets in a way that enhances Medtronics reputation in the market. In this
position you will perform a variety of salesrelated tasks in the field of
selling as well as clinical and technical support.

Some of your committed tasks will be to analyze the
market and develop sales strategies to capture market shares as well as maximize
sales from product introduction and presentation, implant support, tender
management, for which you will identify and address key decision makers and
opinion leaders. For this, you acquire and maintain knowledge on new products,
technologies, markets, sales tools and processes.


+ Identifying,mapping and building relationship with all key decision makers and influencers,including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nurses, head of dpts,purchasers etc.

+ Developingaccount sales strategy and planning according account segmentation concept withlong-, medium- and short-term perspective. Operational execution of strategyplan.

+ Deliver presentations to hospital departments on products,cost-analysis and relevant data prior to tender announcements.

+ Tender management. Making sure the main messages are delivered to,understood and appreciated by customers and built in as future tendercriterias. Preparing the tender specifications, ensuring the pricing andproduct positioning and mix within the tender are in alignment with therequirements and strategy.

+ Provideclinical and technical support as well as education of customers in Denmark.Support case coverage in the entire Nordic, if needed

+ Supportthe Market Development Manager by identifying and facilitating marketdevelopment opportunities and encouraging collaborations on specific projects.

+ Support the Marketing Manager with mapping the market, patient andfunding flows and identify points of leverage/bottlenecks.

+ Work with high effectiveness within the team and the matrixorganization to utilize skills and inputs throughout the business.

+ Identify and resolve client concerns (invoicing, back-orders,product complaints, etc)

+ Maintainingcompliance to business processes, cycle count management, expenses etc.

+ Organize and participate in key professional congresses and eventsif required.

**Must Haves**

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nurse or Business Administration

3+ years of proven sales experience (Medical Device and Tender Management)

Fluent Danish and English

Highly committed to customers satisfaction and long-term relationship development

Ability to spot business opportunities, mature leads and easily influence others

You are an outstanding communicator, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment and matrix organization

Excited to spend time in the cath lab and provide technical support

Clean Drivers license and travel capacity up to 50% of work week

**Nice to Haves**

Experience in the world of Structural Heart

Interventional/cath lab experience

Clear understanding of the Danish health care system

Experience with is a plus!
