+ To promote our range of product to hospital to attain the sales revenue and market share target


**A Day in the Life**


+ Grow Neurovascular business in assigned territories and achieve the sales objectives set by the company.

+ Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers, and serve as the principal customer liaison point for all customers in assigned territories.

+ Develop and maintain internal customer databases.

+ Plan and manage territorial product distribution and consignment models.

+ Customer management and market segmentation to align with MDT strategy and support. customer: identify and classify customers and accounts then make proper business plan.

+ Distributor management including: Training to distributor sales team, support team.

+ Inventory management and forecast and sales out data.

+ Run Neurovascular business in North market: understand well about the market: market size, market share, main competitors, share and activity.

+ Make plan and coordinate with distributor to run local workshop, local event, training and education for customer.

+ Tender support and follow up.

+ Make plan and support distributor the tool set providing for case support.

+ Participate in the case support if possible.

+ Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon request of

+ Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor or team leader/ coordinator.

+ Ensure the highest levels of product knowledge are attained and maintained

+ Coordinate with MDT RA to provide the import license and product registration

+ Participate in the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) umbrella of processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services

+ Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Neurovascular business is preferred

+ Strong sales acumen
