As a #Sales Representative for our Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) Business you are responsible for maintaining and developing our #customers in entire Sweden. You will meet or exceed financial and non-financial targets in a way that enhances Medtronics reputation in the market.


Being a Sales Representative in our Nordic team, covering Sweden, you will perform many different selling tasks such as the analysis of market opportunities and the execution of an effective sales strategy as well as maximizing sales from product introduction and presentation, implant support, negotiation, for which you will identify and address all key stakeholders decision makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). For this, you will acquire and maintain knowledge on new Medtronic products, technologies, markets, sales tools and processes.


**Responsibilities:**


Identifying, mapping and building relationship with all key decision makers and influencers, including surgeons, cardiologists, nurses, perfusionists, pharmacists, purchasers


Identifying and develop account potentials, account segmentation and planning


Developing account sales strategy and planning according to account segmentation concept with long, medium and short-term perspectives.


Identifying and facilitating market development opportunities and encouraging collaborations on specific projects.


Negotiating contract and terms, closing deals, contract follow up


Operational execution of strategic plan.


Support MCS procedures in the hospitals.


**A Day in the Life**


We offer you a position where you present and sell our MCS portfolio (technologies and services). We expect you to be able to learn and comprehend complex medical and scientific information, maximize customer interactions, achieve daily sales call activities and customer deliverables by gaining access to decision makers and influencing product usage.


Achieving sales revenue and profit targets by building account relationships, managing account potentials and coordinating sales support activities is paramount.


This is a great professional opportunity for a sales driven, Swedish speaking professional with a commercial mindset, independent attitude and results-driven approach.


**Must Haves**


Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration


2+ years experience in sales commercial solution selling


Fluent Swedish and English


Outstanding communication skills


Highly committed to customers satisfaction and long-term relationship development


Thriving in a dynamic environment and matrix organization


Clean drivers license and ability to travel up to 85% of work week


**Nice to Haves**


Living close to an international airport


Knowledge of medical devices, healthcare or pharma industry


Interest in the world of cardiac interventions


understanding of the Swedish health care system


Experience in engagement with different stakeholders in the hospital environment


Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus!
