To support our GI Business (Gastrointestinal Solutions) we are currently looking for a fulltime customer oriented field Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and natural ability to spot business opportunities. This is a great challenge for a person with a strong clinical background and few years commercial experience.

**A Day in the Life**

In this exciting and challenging position you will be driving the sales of the GI Solutions portfolio in the defined geography. As most of the technologies are at an early stage of market development, a key part of this role will be to accelerate the adoption of these innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions. Become part of a motivated and dynamic team!

The role will include sales calls with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, performing sales presentations, conducting training and in-service activities for physicians and nurses. Key to the candidates success will be building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key non clinical stakeholders to ultimately drive sales revenue. This person will be required to define plans and promotion activities including workshops, symposia, and training events. The person will need to be a self-starter, have strong time management, and planning skills, sales skills and have demonstrated success in working independently.

Furthermore we offer you a position where you will demonstrate business acumen and use this accordingly. You are able to work in a fast changing, demanding and highly matrixed business environment.

We expect you to be Result-focused and be able to set priorities, manage projects / initiatives in a timely fashion. You are able to develop plans by selecting appropriate information, recognizing assumptions and reaching valid conclusions. It will be your job to identify and react to potential threats and opportunities for the responsible port-folio.

**Must Haves**

Bachelor or Master degree

Fluent in French , German and English

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in medical device sales

Target oriented, with successful sales experience in the medical device industry

Highly committed to customers satisfaction and long-term relationship development

Culturally aware of company strategy and able to enthuse customers about its products and solutions

Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system

Hands-on with a sense of urgency

Strategic / analytical capabilities

Nice to Haves

Result-focused, able to set priorities, and manage projects / initiatives in a timely fashion

Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth.

Knowledge of MS Office package

Clean driving license

Fluency in English is required

Strong communication skills charismatic, enthusiastic personality with positive thinking and a can do attitude

Strong team player with high integrity standards. Ability to work in a fast changing, demanding and highly matrixed business environment

Demonstrate business acumen and use this accordingly

Engaging and persuasive personality
