**A Day in theLife**


We
are looking for a result driven, team-oriented and dynamic colleague to fill
out an open sales position within our CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) team. If
you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales and marketing skills and
knowledge from the medical devices industry (preferable within the
interventional cardiology/electrophisiology sector), we encourage you to apply.
The main purpose of this role is to drive promotion and sales of the innovative
Diamond Temp ablation catheter in the Polish market.


The
jobholder will lead the market adoption efforts in the respective field. The
role will include performing presentations, support cases, launches and
introductions of new product / services, informing about studies, conducting
trainings and in-service activities for physicians, nurses and building strong
relationships with customers.


For this role a preferred
location is in the south-west part of Poland (with expected travelling to main
centres throughout the whole country).


**Keyresponsibilities:**


+ Acquire a deep knowledge of the product portfolio andsupport the distributors/clients in technical, clinical and marketing aspects.

+ Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumerbehavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.

+ Understand current published CAS andrelevantliterature. Recognize andunderstand competitive products and industrytrends,

+ Build and maintain strong ethical businessrelationships with Key Acoounts, Key Opinion Leaders,key decision makersand distributors.

+ Ensure comprehensive technicaland customersupport within territory, to maintain superior customer servicelevels andeffective time management.

+ Monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance andcustomer feedback.

+ Be ready to provide full support to the distributor partnerand health care professionals.

+ Lead, train, and coach the local sales supportteam.

+ Maintain, develop, and grow effective customerrelationships in the field.

+ Actively participate in product ordering, warehousingprocesses.

+ Participate in creating a better environment to beable to fulfill the Medtronic mission.

+ Implement marketing strategies and ensure successfulproduct launches..

+ Maintain expert knowledge in clinical procedures.

+ Conduct territory and market data analysis.

+ Maintain high standards ofpersonalpresentation and promote a professional personal and company image.


**Must Haves:**


+ University degreeina medical/bio-engineering relevantdiscipline.

+ At least 3 years of sales experience in medicaldevices industry (electrophysiology or coronary area experience will be an advantage).

+ Fluency in English.

+ Analytical thinker with a strong ability to think through issues in astructured way, to develop insights and ability to derive quality decisions outof analysis.

+ Strong ability to share knowledge, theoretically and practically, strongpresentation skills.

+ Trustworthy individual, able to build a strong internal externalnetwork of stakeholders remotely and capable of working with a number ofinternal and external stakeholders on reaching defined business goals.

+ Customer focus (ability to understand the customer needsis a must).

+ Understanding the impact on patient customer.

+ Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Innovative thinker, creative.

+ Competent confident with new technology (systems programs).

+ Strong negotiation skills ability to close deals with customers.

+ Willing to travel intensively (Poland).
