**A Day in the Life**


The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolios within a defined territory.


Identifying, building and developing strong relationships with Clinical and Commercial Stake holders, continually keeping pace with clinical developments/changes in practice as well as the changing procurement landscape.


**Role description:**

Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including Commercial and Healthcare Professionals.

Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

Conducts market research including customer and competitor activities.

Implements market development plans/strategies and changes them as needed.

Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including RD, Operations and Marketing.

Ability to work as part of a wider team


**Must Haves**


Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent work experience

Proven track record in sales in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment electrophysiology field

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work in an operating room setting

Proven ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders

A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to his/her work

A team player with a track record of working collaboratively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Travel is required
