For this role, you would be expected to be located in Prague,
Czech Republic.

**ADay in the Life**

This position will be
responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the commercial
operations strategies and tactics in Central East Europe (CEE). The main
responsibilities will be to establish a strong performance management locally
by providing a better visibility to Country Leaders on markets opportunities
through various analytical tools (KPI, Growth drivers, dashboards, SFDC..) and
to partner with the Country Leader on any commercial operation aspects (account
targeting, go to market design, sales reps coverage…) to drive the sales force
efficiency. This individual will be part of the Commercial Excellence
Department and will need to work in close collaboration with the local Sales
Marketing teams.

**Principal responsibilitiesof Commercial Operations Manager:**

+ Assist the Commercial OpsDirector with complex financials models to determine the hospital potential andsegmentation. Setup maintain the existing procedure database and updatethe account segmentation accordingly.

+ Establish a strong culturelocally on the Sales Performance Management and support the local Mgmt team inCEE on the QBR, Qsops and Plan Review process. Ensure a properutilization on the various existing analytical tools (Business ReviewGrowth Drivers dashboards, tableau dashboards, segmentation dashboards, SFDCdashboards…), create some new tools for internal usage if needed.

+ Support the Commercial OpsDirector and the Country Business Leader to drive change initiative by ensuringbest alignment and structure of the sales force with other business functionsin order to facilitate achievement of overall company strategic objectives.

+ Ensure a proper coverage anddispatch of the sales force teams across the country. Support the Country business leader on go tomarket design and strategy.

+ Drive locallyby demonstrating the value to the sales organization and ensuring complianceacross the business. Develop New KPI and drive the adoption rate within theregion. Provide training when necessary, analyzing the quality of the variousOps and activity per reps, send appropriate reports to the Sales Managementteam on a regular basis.

+ Support and provide guidance to the local team through the various KPI Analytics, the GrowthDriver performance and assessing the sales team productivity.

+ Ensure a proper collectionand maintenance of the sales reps distributor targets and support thelocal Sales team on the reps targeting across all BU by ensuring the targetsare fairly set and consistently cascaded.

+ Coordinate with thePrague/SAP team to ensure a proper sales hierarchy structure is maintained inSAP and be the point of contact / bridge locally between the sales.organization and the SAP SH team to fix any issues / update on the repsaccounts changes or new territories design.

+ Help on launching other ERPsystem in the region.

+ Regularly attends CountrySales Meetings and provides training to sales force in core operational salesforce tools and process.

+ Supporting the Com OpsDirector and Country business leader on any _ad hoc_ initiative. Other dutiesmight be assigned.

+ Work closely with the ComOps Department and the Country Business Leader including all the salesmarketing management teams locally.

**Must Haves and Nice to Haves**

+ Minimum 5 years ofexperience of Commercial Excellence / Business Analytics role, with strongorientation on Sales Marketing.

+ Master or Bachelor's degreein Economic, Mathematics, Business Administration …

+ Excellent analytical skillsand knowledge of Microsoft office with mainly Excel, Access and Power Point. Goodknowledge of IT software/systems – Business Object,

+ Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

+ English fluency is required,additional languages are an advantage with (mainly Czech, Slovakian orSerbo-Croatian).

+ Good knowledge of thecountries healthcare system.

+ Team player with good interpersonalskills and political savvy approach required.

+ Experience in people managementwill be a plus.

+ Driven for result and withgood communication / presentation skills required.

+ Travel required (around10-20%).
