Cardiac Rhythm and Heart
Failure (CRHF) is where it all started in Medtronic. We are designing,
producing, selling and servicing implants and technologies for cardiac rhythm
disorders as well as heart failure: implantable monitors/loop recorders,
pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, telecardiology equipment and many more.


Medtronic is known as a

Medtronic, and to optimally serve doctors and patients, the product pipeline is
in continuous evolution.


CRHF is subdivision of the
CVG (Cardiovascular) Group offering a wide product portfolio to (cardiac)
surgeons, interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists for
state-of-the-art treatment of vascular and cardiac diseases.


Two teams are promoting and
supporting CRHF products: The Account Manager Team and the Technical Consultant
Team. Both work in close collaboration to serve our customers and drive sales,
including fixed assets and consignment stock management in specific, selected
hospitals.


We would like to increase
the commercial footprint of these 2 teams with a Remote Sales Representative.


We are currently looking for
a fulltime proactive, analytical and sales-oriented Remote Sales Representative
with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. This is a
great challenge for a person with a strong commercial mindset, customer focus
and solid motivation. Fluent in Dutch, French and English is required.


**A Day in the Life**


We offer you a position
where you will have the opportunity to sell a broad range of Medtronic products
within CVG, Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF). Your customers will be
hospitals, and, doctors and healthcare professionals and purchasers.


The Remote Sales
Representative is responsible for selling CRHF products and service solutions
to our customers and thus improving the overall MDT customer experience by a
technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability.


Your primary focus in this
position will be growing maintaining sales revenue supporting the sales
execution in several selected accounts which, as of today, are not in the scope
of the existing teams.


You will be part of the
overall CRHF Commercial team in your Business Unit and work closely with the
Field Sales Marketing Team,
Customer Service, Commercial Operations (pricing) as well as the Key Account
Managers, Integrated Health Solutions and tender organization (if applicable).


The Remote Sales
Representative reports directly to the country Sales Manager.


We expect you to have
excellent communication negotiation skills. You have strong capabilities
to understand customers prospective customers with ability to close deals
with customers to deliver results effectively with drive and teamwork.


As Remote Sales
Representative you will work in close cooperation with the Business Unit
stakeholders in the country reporting to the Country Sales Manager.


**Yourresponsibilities will include:**


+ Dailycollaborate with Cardiac Rhythm and Hearth Failure (CRHF) field team, accountmanagers, clinical specialists, CRHF marketing team

+ MarketAnalytics and Market Research around customers, competitors and general markettrends

+ IdentifyingTarget Accounts, Opportunities Customer Priorities, building solidAccount Plan and identifying/approaching Key Stakeholders, Champions andDecision Makers

+ Showing interest in patient andphysicians needs to propose Medtronic solutions

+ Promoteassigned product portfolio remotely using all available technology

+ Leadprice contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals

+ Deliveringongoing product in-servicing and training by delivering accurate productinformation

+ ManagingLead Generation/qualification process

+ Conductregular Business Reviews with Sales Manager

+ Planand execute multi-channel sales campaigns in collaboration with Marketing(automated mailings, web campaigns with tracking call to action)

+ Ensuringrepeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions makingprocess patterns

+ Communicatesaligns on a regular basis with field sales force and local Marketingorganization of CRHF and other divisions as well with the other Remote SalesRepresentatives from other BUs

+ Improvingtender submission quality by preparing high quality supporting documents

+ Supportingpricing strategy development, assist in tender submission, maintain accuratetender data base

+ Attendsall relevant Sales Meetings Product Trainings

+ Utilizingall available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency (Salesforce.com) andcompletes all required administrative tasks (all reports and other KPI andmetrics reports)


To be successful in this role
very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. You are a
strong analytical thinker, you collaborate easily with others, you are
trustworthy and are able to build a strong internal and external network of
stakeholders remotely. You think in innovative ways and pursues new ideas that
create meaningful innovations solutions for his customers. You like to
work with new technologies, like video conferencing (ZOOM). Last but not least
you are highly motivated professional with positive mindset and perseverance.


**Must Haves**


+ Bachelors ormasters degree or equivalent, ideally in biomedical engineering, technicalnursing or a business relevant discipline

+ Fluent in French, Dutch and English

+ You are self-motivated, flexible, quick learner,analytic thinker and problem solver

+ You are able to quickly "graspbusiness/healthcare environment and learn complex technical/clinicalcontent

+ Strong understanding capabilities,collaboration potential, innovation capabilities, and achievement drive

+ Experience or skills: consultative interactionwith customers, prospective customers and fellow employees

+ Experience inopportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management

+ Strong negotiation skills and ability to closedeals with customers

+ Strong presentation/communication skills overthe phone and video calls

+ Willingness to travel (up to max 5%) toselected local (BELUX) accounts

+ Passioned forpeople, electronics and medical technology

+ Team player


**Nice to Haves**


+ 2+ years of Remotesales experience in Medical Devices or High-Tech environment is a plus

+ Relevant experience would be (field) sales, customercare (B2B), inside sales, remote sales, sales operations support, salesassistant, call-centre seller/service representative or similar
