**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

MITG employs more than 38,000 staff worldwide, the global business generates about $10 billion in revenue. MITG CZ employs 26 employees and generates approximately $14 million in revenue.

Manage SI business in the territory lead the team of 6 SRs. Accountable for daily sales, tactics, execution of SI strategies, developing procedural concept sales (MIS, Bariatric, Thoracic, Colorectal) with KOLs, key customers and the sales team. Ensure continuous growth in revenue and profit. Partnering to CBL in the area of reimbursement or specific individual contracts relating to HC insurance/hospital funding.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Formulate sales targets in consultation with Country Business Leader and ensure that sales targets are achieved.

• Motivate and manage a sales team of 6 sales representatives in the assigned region.

• Ensure that approved plans are carried out in the field, particularly:

• products promoted

• target customers

• sales methods

• Drive conversions and product adoptions

• Conduct market intelligence activities, including market surveys, and competitive analysis

• Maintain product, procedural and clinical expertise

• KOL management by building and maintaining strong ethical business relationships

• When any Marketing matter is concerned Sales Manager will work with Country Business Leader

• Drive the sales function within the region with integrity and ethical conduct, compliant with all laws, policies, and regulations

• Conduct territory and market data analysis

**EDUCATION**

• Relevant tertiary qualification (University degree)

**EXPERIENCE**

• Min. 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing with territory budget responsibility, preferably in medical devices;
