The
Regional Finance Leader (RFL) will provide financial and business leadership
and act as the chief business liaison and financial person for the applicable
Region. The RFL will design, implement
and execute a variety of Sales Force Effectiveness functions in support of one
the US Sales Regions within the IIM Commercial organization, including business
planning, forecasting, commercial analytics and PL management, publishing
sales activity reports, organization/coordination of business reviews, and
support sales training and development programs.

The
Regional Finance Leader works to continually assess the effectiveness of the
sales force and proposes creative solutions to address complex business
challenges. This may include developing
analyses to measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of regional
sales resources to determine allocation and utilization. Works cross-functionally within the
commercial organization to manage projects, identify trends and opportunities,
and help provide well-informed quantitative frameworks to guide strategic
decision making.

**This position will be based in one of thefollowing locations: Northridge CA, San Antonio TX, Minneapolis MN, Memphis,TN, Jacksonville, FL, Denver/Boulder, CO, Portsmouth NH or other locations** **within the West orCentral regions.**

**A Day in the Life**

+ You will providefinancial leadership and strategic direction to the Regional and District SalesLeadership team that enables the development and implementation of revenuegrowth plans.

+ You will leadRegional and District business planning, revenue and expense forecasting, salesreporting and commercial analytics processes in support of Regional StrategicPlan, including account level product launch strategies.

+ You will lead financialmanagement of the Region, including PL analysis, expense policymonitoring, cost center management, and identification and execution onstrategies to improve profit margins.

+ You will provideanalysis and recommendations for regional sales initiatives, identifying opportunitiesand risks, developing supporting metrics and reports, evaluating scenarios,tracking ROI, and developing recommendations in support of the decision-makingprocess.

+ You will leaddata analysis and reporting, converting sales data into actionable reports,while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information for Sales Leadership.

+ You will provideanalytical support for presentations as needed for key Sales initiatives,regional quarterly business reviews, manager meetings, conference calls, etc.

+ You will developand administer sales forecasting models, incentives trackers, performancedashboards, ad hoc reports, etc. as required to support Regional Districtsales leadership.

+ You will collaboratewith Sales, Commercial Operations and HR on sales force alignment, performanceand compensation strategies.

+ You will provideanalytical assistance and develop action plans for areas that are notperforming.

+ You will lead,drive, and execute special projects to enhance sales analytics and reporting,business processes and efficiency, and overall sales force effectiveness,establishing and developing collaborative relationships with colleagues inother functions as needed.

+ You will maintainstrong therapy and product knowledge and insight into future product plans andprograms.

+ You will travelup to 25%.

**Must Have: MinimumRequirements**

**To be considered for this role, the following requirements mustbe evident on your resume.**

+ Bachelor’sdegree with 10+ years of experience in analysis (i.e. financial, businesscommercial operations, business analysis, or commercial finance) orMaster’s/MBA or advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in analysis (i.e.financial, business commercial operations, business analysis, or commercialfinance)

+ Experienceleading analysis and recommendations

+ Experiencecreating reports / analytics

**Nice to Have:**

+ MBA stronglypreferred

+ Degree inAccounting or Finance

+ 5 years’healthcare experience

+ Additionalexperience in Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Sales or Marketing preferred

+ Projectmanagement experience

+ Advanced inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint

+ Experience withfinancial systems and databases.

+ Experiencepartnering cross functionally; coupled with identifying and driving solutionsthrough to completion

+ Demonstratedcapacity for strategic thinking and planning

+ Experiencepartnering cross functionally with other departments

+ Sound analyticalskills, ability to manipulate and interpret data which leads to actionable recommendations

+ Influence key decisionmakers and conduct briefing meetings for top management
