In this exciting role as a Quality Systems Specialist, you will have responsibility for planning, development and maintenance of training programs used across the Medtronic enterprise.

**A Day in the Life**


+ Collaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to define, maintain, and improve training programs ensuring the right training for the right audience without over-assignment.

+ Consult with training specialists and process owners on training strategy and effective adult learning methods.

+ Solid understanding of how laws, regulations, and standards influence training requirements.

+ Use creative problem solving to partnerwith learners, managers, and process ownersacross the Portfolio to respond to, and resolve, issues.

+ Provide account management support and consultation to process owners related to training strategy and effective adult learning methods.

+ Understand how laws, regulations, and standards influence training content.

+ Work independently to determine priorities and actions needed to manage accounts assigned to you.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors degree with 2+ years experience in Quality and/or regulated industry or Advanced degree with 0 years experience.


**Nice to Have**


+ Excellent problem-solving skills

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work effectively across disciplines to implement creative solutions to complex problems

+ Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) software

+ Experience with Document Management System (DMS) software

+ Proven experience with training program management

+ Ability to learn and adapt to changes in technology, processes, and requirements

+ Knowledge of Medtronics quality system

+ Understand industry-level trends in training methodologies and training program development
