Representative to promote our advanced and innovative products to hospitals and
healthcare professionals in Romanian and Moldovan markets.

**A Day in the Life**

The main purpose of
this role is to execute country specific implementation of key field
development strategies tactics plans to achieve Medtronic growth targets
within a Specific Business Unit (SBU), to create a demand for product and
assure the process for revenue sales income according with the country specific
sales strategy for achieving the sales targets.

The key areas of
responsibilities are:

+ Create a demand for the product and assure the process for revenue salesincome.

+ Execute country marketing plans for Romania and Moldova.

+ Build and maintains relationship with local KOLs and all Health Care SystemStakeholders.

+ Develops and executes local awareness programs to improve specific targeteducation.

+ Support tender processes and documentations.

For this role you
need to be located in Bucharest, Romania.

**Key responsibilities of the role:**

+ Services existing accounts, obtains orders andestablishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to callon existing or potential sales.

+ Plans and executes product launch withMarketing team.

+ Conduct sales meetings (face to face orremotely) with customers.

+ Facilitates country specific implementation ofkey field sales and development strategies tactics.

+ Builds and maintains excellent relationshipwith Customers, Hospital administrative staff, local KOLs and all other HealthCare System Stakeholders

+ Creates a demand for product and assures theprocess for revenue sales income in line with the country specific salesstrategy.

+ Develops and executes local awareness programsto improve specific target education.

+ Analyzes local SBU markets opportunities andrisks on a continuous basis. Identifies, evaluates and recommends local marketgrowth opportunities for Business Unit.

+ Prepares quarterly sales reports, regardingmarket share changes and key account management initiatives.

+ Evaluates program impact, implements continuousimprovement.

+ Communicates proactively to all levels ofmanagement and stakeholders.

+ Provides interventions support duringprocedures in OR.

+ Assures alignment with Regional Market Salesstrategy.

+ Ensures alignment of education and clinicalactivities with the country strategy.

**Must Haves and Nice to Haves:**

**Must haves:**

+ University Degree.

+ 3-5 years of successfulsales experience within healthcare industry (medical devices, pharma).

+ Experience withdeveloping market access for medical therapies alone or in collaboration.

+ Track record ofsales strategic planning experience, business and strategic acumen.

+ Native Romanian.

+ Fluent English,both written and spoken.

+ Result-driven,proactive, independent.

+ Ability to buildand maintain positive relationship with peers, colleagues and customers acrossdiverse cultures.

+ Analyticalskills to understand local markets and customers needs.

+ Excellentcustomer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills at alllevels of the organization.

+ Validdriving licence.

+ Willingness to travel intensively (50-60% of time).

**Nice to haves:**

+ Healthcarerelated (medical, biotech or scientific) education will be an advantage.

+ Establishedrelationships with key opinion leaders in the relevant field.
