**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Work cross-functionally to understand and document the current product development process and assist in developing a strategy to optimize in a new quality system.

+ Work closely with program management and the development team to simplify processes while maintaining high-quality standards and meet regulatory requirements.

+ May develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems or reliability systems and standards pertaining to materials, techniques, or company products.

+ Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.

+ Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products.

+ Directs the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.

+ Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development.

+ Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of Program/Project Management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Teamcenter and/or Windchill

+ Managing a medical product development program

+ Writing and/or updating product development SOPs

+ PMP Certification
