To support Medtronic vision to lead and disrupt the EP market in cardiac mapping and ablations solutions for arrythmia management, we are currently looking for a strong marketer with EP background to help us expand our portfolio and launch upcoming innovations in EMEA market. The incumbent will join EMEA Strategic Marketing Team of Cardiac Ablations Solution Business, where he/she will develop first-class marketing strategies, execute high-profile product launches, liaise with EMEA key opinion leaders to enable successful market adoption of Medtronic innovations.

This is a strategic position that would be an excellent fit for a person with passion for and strong skillset in electrophysiology and marketing of medical devices.


**A Day in the Life**


Your responsibilities will include:

Develop a comprehensive product launch strategy and plan

Collect voice of the customers, analyze insights and integrate them into launch plans and execution

Define target customer segments, develop product positioning, craft value propositions and messages that resonate well with customers

Build and execute pricing strategy

Establish relationships with key opinion leaders. Develop a KOL and promotional plan to facilitate products market adoption.

Communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team; develop the tools to support the selling process

Lead competitive intelligence collection, execute competitive marketing programs to boost Medtronic leadership in EP space.

Act as the internal and external champion of the product and liaise with various internal and external stakeholder including key customers and KOLs. This includes being the single point of expertise for information on the product, target market and product competitors.

Lead all operational aspects of product management, execute short- and long- term product planning

Develop solid promotional programs via digital channels to drive awareness

Partner with Training and Education to ensure the sales force and customers are trained on product

Structure marketing campaigns and collaborate with regional marketing product managers and field force to ensure successful execution


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing. Business Administration (MBA) or advanced marketing degree strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of the EP market and cardiac EP products and procedures: advanced ablation and diagnostic solutions , 3D mapping navigation systems, etc.

At least 7 years of marketing and/or business development experience

Minimum 3 years of product launch/management experience

Experience working in multinational company, in a matrix environment


We are looking for an individual with a strong marketing mindset, able to manage complex assignments, working under little or no supervision on specific projects, a dynamic and highly collaborative team player with high integrity standards.


A successful candidate will possess the following competentcies and skills:

Solid business acumen, project management skills, well structured, able to develop and execute solid plans

Professional maturity to conduct profound discussions with customers about management of cardiac arrythmias and Medtronic EP portfolio

Analytical background with strong data analysis skills

Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word), Tableau, Power BI etc

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in English and at least another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian). Other EMEA (Eastern Europe or Middle East) languages are a plus.


Practical requirements:

Willingness to travel 30-50%

Job based in/Location: Tolochenaz (Switzerland), other European location
