This is an Individual Contributor position, reporting to the Korea Training and Education Operations Leader. This role supports the development of Clinical Training and Medical Education mainly for Cardiovascular Group. The role requires frequent engagement with the Korea education teams and regional Sales and MKT teams on the clinical training and medical education management. The position also focuses on developing and maintaining In-house training and utilize trainer with clinical and field technical expertise mainly for Cardiovascular Group.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Successfully completes Field Technical Training for sales forces including online and field-based training.

+ Performs checks/interrogations of Medtronic medical device systems post sign-off.

+ Supports implants of mainly Cardiovascular products post sign-off.

+ Provide troubleshooting support as requested.

+ Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products or solutions for which training has been completed.

+ Assists with educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post sign-off.

+ Has a basic understanding of the competitive landscape.

+ Independently identifies customer needs and opportunities and provides feedback to Sales Rep(s) to support sales objectives.

+ Plans, develop, and Coordinate medical education related meetings and events.

+ Ensures all the scientific meetings events in conformity with regulations and code of conduct in the process of planning, organizing and implementation.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ University degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Bachelors degree

+ Over 5 years experiences preferred / Min. 3 year of relevant experience is must of work experience in Hospital Lab and OT settings, or sales or service in a Medical device company

+ Through working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Good computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software

+ Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written

+ Fluent English in Speaking and writing

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines


**Working Environment/ Conditions**


+ Frequent required travel to customer hospitals and offsite meetings

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile

+ Some out of hours work will be required

+ Environmental exposure to radiatio
