As a member of the Human Resources PMO, you will have a direct role in managing projects to deliver HRs strategic plan, improve HR services and impact Medtronics employee experience globally.
In this role, you will deliver cross-functional HR projects in support of HRs strategic priorities, ensuring world class HR service and solution delivery for the enterprise.

**A Day in the Life**
+ Lead cross functional, global teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes and technology implementation.
+ Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, stakeholders, and leadership.
+ Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
+ Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
+ Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
+ Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, stakeholders, and clients
+ Develop and manage an overall project plan that integrates key activities associated with project lifecycle; maintain project documentation
+ Manage projects through use of project management best practices to ensure customer, time, quality, and cost requirements are met
+ Provide clear communication of the overall scope, deliverables, timing, funding and resource requirements; provide effective communication to project team, stakeholders and leadership in a matrix environment
+ Lead the small HR technology demand and prioritization process
**Must Haves**
+ Bachelors degree and 7+ years of Project Management experience, OR an advanced degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience
**Nice to Have**
+ Project Management Professional - PMP certification
+ Knowledge of human resource practices, techniques and standards
+ Knowledge of change management techniques with ability to apply techniques to projects to successfully implement and sustain change
+ Experience with IT/technology teams, processes and project implementation
+ Lean Sigma experience
