**The Principal Product Specialist, Global Downstream Marketing, Acute Therapies** will be responsible for global commercialization strategy for Acute Therapies portfolio driving utilization and therapy adoption, global product positioning, registration prioritization, alignment of demand to financial AOP and driving forecast accuracy. This position is reporting to Downstream Marketing organization under VP Renal Access and Acute Therapies. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: creation and execution of the global plan driving adoption in key markets (product positioning, marketing collateral, clinical/economical value proposition, global best practices implementation), alignment of the global business/regional inputs to supply and demand planning, driving execution of commercialization plans per focused country/region, lead content and KOL engagement via global conferences and major events.


**Principle Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**


+ Develop and lead execution of global commercialization strategy driving adoption and utilization of the therapy for the Acute Therapies product portfolio in the key regions including cross functional alignment on regional key commercial priorities

+ Establish and promote regular cadence of best practice sharing events engaging key internal stakeholders and key KOL worldwide network

+ Define plans and budgets for value proposition increasing differentiation and adoption in key markets with installed footprint

+ Lead marketing analytics reports (revenue, volume, ASP trends)

+ Ensure alignment of regional inputs and demand/supply planning and revenue targets with accountability for product and financial forecasting

+ Collaborate with upstream team on product lifecycle management and initiatives (product rationalization, pricing, product enhancements)

+ Provide ongoing global support for key regional marketing initiatives and events

+ Lead commercialization readiness prior to new product launches

+ Work closely with Global Upstream Marketing to ensure completeness of the global inputs related to current product pipeline, product enhancement

+ Lead prioritization activities with regulatory team


**Requirements:**


+ Experience developing and successfully executing activities driving revenue/financial metrics and/or therapy utilization

+ Ability to independently learn and become an expert in clinical/product background and disease state

+ Self starter, Strategic and analytical thinker

+ Demonstrated success in developing relationships and collaborating with cross functional teams, customers and industry key opinion leaders

+ Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask in a fast-moving environment.

+ Skills in business case analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

+ Excellent interpersonal, selling, communication and presentation skills.

+ Ability to travel internationally up to 30%, including some weekends.

+ Strong analytical and project management skills to be able to assess situations and recommend appropriate course of action.

+ BS / BA or equivalent with 3+ years relevant marketing or sales experience.


**Work Location:** Two options available: Office based in Mirandola (Modena - ITALY) or Home based
