Counsels and provides partnership to employees and all levels of management across the full spectrum of employee relations matters in alignment with our practices, policies, and local labor legislation.

This work includes proactive workplace initiatives and strategies; workplace investigations and internal reviews; performance improvement and discipline processes; end of employment/restructuring; labor relations; crisis management; and, general employee relations coaching and conflict resolution.

Develops and leads proactive employee and labor relations strategies to contribute to a positive work environment by leveraging data, addressing areas of opportunity and minimizing risk.

Plays key leadership role in restructuring initiatives, resulting in employee transitions

**A Day in the Life**

Partner closely with Global Labor Relations Leader to develop and execute upon strategic labor relations objectives for Latin America with primary focus being on Mexico.

Develop proactive labor relations plans and strategies for Latin America contributing to a positive work environment.

Will assist with complex Employee Relations cases and organizational transitions in both Mexico and across Latin America. Must be able to work with leaders at levels of the organization across multiple countries recognizing each countrys unique legal framework.

Effective case management of people related issues such as: ER issues, disciplinary actions, legal issues, performance management, policy interpretation and investigations.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources or related field (Masters Degree preferred)

5+ years specialized Labor Relations experience

7-10 years of relevant HR and Labor Relations experience with Bachelors Degree or 5-8 years of experience with Masters Degree

Fluent in English and Spanish required (written and verbal)


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

Strong experience in labor relations

Negociations skills

Global Communication experience
