CRHF (Cardiac Rhythm Heart Failure) Patient Management services solutions offer Medtronic value beyond the traditional Cardiac device implant. Through effective implementation of our portfolio of solutions we aim to drive a reliance and dependence and customer loyalty which in turn can drive device preference at implant. Adoption of our services and solutions can help customers work differently, streamline workflows and drive efficiencies in an environment where staff resources are limited, and patient numbers continue to grow year on year.


**A Day in the Life**


Patient management solutions include App based solutions via tablets for patient care in the hospital setting, bedside monitors and Smart phone Apps for remote patient management as well as BeConnected Patient support and FocusOn Monitoring Triage services to help or device clinics to work more efficiently and grow and develop their services.


This role involves a high degree of teamwork and collaboration with the wider CRHF field team, sharing best practice and influencing behavioural change to drive wider successful adoption of patient management solutions.


**Main duties and responsibilities are:**

Work with target accounts to identify opportunities for wider solution adoption

Ensure full system sell approach to drive adoption and dependence on Medtronic services aside from the product

Collaboration with the wider CRHF team in your target area to drive best practice

Collaboration with Patient Management team colleagues to ensure best practice sharing

Work to develop Centres of Excellence through adoption of Medtronic CRHF technologies

KOL and advocacy development

Contribution to Marketing communications and weekly best practice sharing emails

Track campaign progress through SFDC and reporting tools to measure progress and adoption of PM technologies

Use of SME where appropriate to support implementation of solutions

Contribute and drive revenue for Patient Management solutions through endorsement of value of the solutions and contribution to CRHF revenue growth


**Must Haves**


Strong experience in Medical Devices Industry Sales, Marketing, Implementation and/or Client Management role

Bachelors degree

Strong effective communicator at all levels of the organisation Customer-facing

High level of customer service mentality, proven customer and patient focused strength

Self motivated and ability to motivate others to different ways of thinking and behaving

Strong integrity sales skills- needs based selling based on a strong customer need to drive a tailored system sell

Strong and proven problem solving skills- experience of overcoming customer challenges to find effective solutions

Ability to manage and execute projects to a planned time frame

Capability to network across variety of stakeholders to acquire information and gain support for system implementation


**Nice to Haves**


Previous experience with MedTech or innovative solutions

Lean/Six Sigma knowledge

Group Facilitation experience

Demonstration of management across a complex network of stakeholders


Travel within a set target area- south coast, south
west England and South Wales with some travel to Ireland.
