As the Project Manager, you will be responsible to manage New Product Introduction projects. This will require your leadership of cross functional teams in a multi-site organization, developing Medical Devices. You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and executing projects that occur within the framework of FDA Quality System Regulations and under FDA Design Controls.


**A Day in the Life:**


+ Create work breakdown structures, budgets and timelines


+ Lead cross functional teams - Marketing, Clinical, Sales, Training, RD, Operations, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, and Purchasing


+ Manage the day-to-day activities of team members


+ Track project progress against plan


+ Manage the project budget and schedule


+ Identify project risks


+ Provide plans to mitigate those risks


+ Negotiate conflicts and resource constraints


+ Regularly report progress to senior management


**DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** **:**


1. Ensure adherence to product specifications, industry standards, and quality and regulatory procedures and requirements

2. Other responsibilities as assigned with or without accommodation


**Must Have:**


**Education:**


Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Biotechnology required


Advanced degree preferred


Certified PMI Project Management Professional preferred


**Experience:**


At least 5 years experience in Project Management with progressively increasing
managerial and technical roles


Proven track record of
delivering complex projects on time and in budget


Product development experience
in a highly regulated environment required


**Preferred Skills:**


+ Medical device development and FDA experience


+ Familiarity with FDA Design Control Guidelines


+ Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with all levels in an organization


+ Proven ability to deliver Projects on time, within budget, meeting business expectations


+ Must be proficient in both written and oral communication skills both in Hebrew and English


+ Experienced with Microsoft project and office


+ Successfully lead a medical device project from concept to market in FDA regulated industry


+ Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills


**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:**


This position is in the PMO group and has close contacts with all other functions in the organization. Primary interfaces include Research Development, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Service.


**WORKING CONDITIONS:**


+ Normal Office conditions, with some visits to customer sites. Travel will be required up to 20%.
