We are currently looking for a Molding Operator to work in our Danvers, Massachusetts facility.

**Medtronics Extrusion Technology Center of Excellence** , located in Danvers, MA is looking for _a Molding Operator_ to support Manufacturing Operations by setting-up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production / processing operation; within a _Cleanroom Environment._

A Day in the Life


In this role as a Molding Operator, you will provide support in manufacturing operations to assure that our products exceed the requirements and expectations of patients, physicians, regulatory agencies and the business.


**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**


+ Operate and maintain Medtronic molding machinery and braiding equipment.

+ Follow instructions from written specifications, verbal communications and process flow diagrams.

+ Provide preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment.

+ Perform in-process quality inspection and documentation as well as off-line physical testing of product and equipment sub-assemblies.

+ Utilize SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) and data management programs as needed.

+ Maintain spare parts and raw materials inventory.

+ Maintain clean working conditions.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 0 years of experience required.

+ Recommended basic job knowledge of production related systems and procedures.


**Nice to Have**


Exceptionally qualified candidates will have the following experiences and/or qualifications:


+ Experience or exposure to working in a Cleanroom Environment.

+ Good verbal communication skills.

+ Good writing and documentation skills.

+ Medical manufacturing experience.

+ Familiar with specification usage.

+ Computer literate and knowledgeable of Microsoft office package.

+ Good People skills to understand cultural differences, adapt quickly and collaborate effectively.
