The US Retail Bank and Mortgage Business is expanding beyond this physical footprint to realize our potential as a national bank, serving a full spectrum of clients regardless of where they live. New mobile capabilities make this a reality with plans to augment on a continuous basis across all lines of business and products. This role will play a critical part in this nationwide effort as we build this business through client acquisition and deepening.

We are looking for a talented Marketing professional to join the Campaign Marketing Team to help lead these efforts.  The right person would have a strong track record of digital end to end – strategy, campaign management and execution. The successful candidate understands what it takes to deliver customer-centric marketing programs and communications within a complex, high pressure environment to deliver brand, acquisition, customer engagement and experience targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end campaign development from strategy to execution to achieve KPIs for digital engagement and acquisition thru our new mobile banking platform.
  • Drive deeper engagement with existing customers through use of traditional and new marketing channels to drive mobile usage and x-sell additional products and services.
  • Essential to be up-to-date with digital innovations and channels critical to rolling out integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop, test and optimize offer, communication and channel strategies to acquire prospects sourced through new mobile platform capabilities- includes establishing key fulfillment processes for seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design partners on fintech and digital product teams on roadmaps for features and alignment on marketing needs to ensure best client experience
  • Coordinate with Marketing digital media partners to develop holistic marketing plans
  • Work closely Decision Management to develop insights driven, highly targeted messaging approach to drive engagement and acquisition 
  • Evaluate relevant customer research, market trends, competitor data to inform marketing strategies
  • Consistently evaluate performance to identify and analyze trends, gaps/spikes/anomalies, key drivers, and opportunities for identifying best practices to drive results
  • Establish performance reporting on regular cadence; ability to create executive level summary reports, presentations to reflect digital marketing progress, trends and opportunities to share with partners and senior team
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the budget including invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit report.


The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or a related discipline)
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally including marketing program/campaign management
  • Strong digital marketing acumen with a business manager mindset
  • Experience managing
  • Robust strategic, operational and project management skills
  • Must have analytical background and ability to build business cases for Marketing programs
  • Strategic thinkers with the ability to problem solve and develop a range of solutions on multiple issues.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
  • Proven project and process management skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize efforts, and drive results with a strong sense of urgency and decisiveness
